Responsibilities

• Prepare and present pastries, desserts, and baked goods per Canyon Ranch recipes and standards.
• Assist with opening/closing pastry operations and maintain organized stations.
• Expand knowledge of recipes, baking techniques, and presentation expectations.
• Monitor recipe execution and report discrepancies to ensure quality.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness per Health Dept. regulations and ServSafe.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.
