Job summary

Massage Envy Kissimmee is seeking a sales-oriented team member with exceptional customer service skills to join our spa. This position emphasizes retail sales, achieving monthly goals, and earning commission on top of base pay.

You will greet clients, schedule services, and connect clients with retail products to enhance their visits. The role requires evenings and weekend availability and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is a must.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends/nights.

Responsibilities

• Help clients understand the benefits of massage, skin care and stretch.
• Establish relationships with members and guests to grow and retain a client base.
• Connect clients with retail products that improve and extend the services they receive.
• Upsell services and products including our wellness program.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, and protecting client confidentiality.
• Promote total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services and encouraging home-care purchases.
