Job summary

Massage Envy in Orlando is looking for a Retail Associate to help clients feel valued while promoting Total Body Care services and the Massage Envy Wellness Program. You’ll work on-site supporting a smooth clinic flow and sales process.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or sales experience, strong math and computer skills, and excellent people skills to build rapport with guests. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; able to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make customers feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and products, book appointments, and promote the Wellness Program.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails, and address questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.
