The Vitamin Shoppe in California is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder to lead by example and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service. You will support the management team, learn product knowledge, and help maintain store operations and loss prevention standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as direct support for the Management Team and execute with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Build loyalty through personalized customer connections and memorable shopping experiences.
• Serve as Manager On Duty in the absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
• Process customer transactions and merchandise shelves; price products accordingly.
• Master product knowledge through ongoing learning activities.
• Collaborate with a team of Health Enthusiasts.
• Maintain store conditions and follow loss prevention standards.
