Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a Retail Key Holder – Full-Time in Miami to lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support management, drive daily sales, and ensure accurate merchandising and pricing.

This role requires strong product knowledge and a proactive approach to team collaboration. As a key member of the team, you will stand in as Manager On Duty when needed, maintain store standards, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs as a full-time associate.

Responsibilities

• Direct support for Management Team; execute with excellence.
• Meet and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting teammates.
• Act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager & Assistant Manager.
• Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves and price products.
• Master product knowledge through ongoing learning activities.
• Collaborate with Health Enthusiasts team to create a welcoming in-store experience.
• Maintain store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, ensure timely product receipts and pricing.
