The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a Retail Key Holder – Full-Time to lead by example and deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You will engage customers, support the management team, and help drive daily sales while ensuring accurate transactions and merchandise presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for health & wellness.

Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team and execute tasks with excellence.
• Achieve daily sales and productivity goals and assist others.
• Act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager & Assistant Manager.
• Process customer transactions and merchandise shelves.
• Build product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain store standards, loss prevention, and pricing accuracy.
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required.
