Job summary

Canyon Ranch in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Guest Services Representative to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay details are confirmed and guiding them through the Canyon Ranch experience.

You will handle front office duties across Guest Services, PBX, and Bell Services, deliver high-level service, and work 5 days a week with two consecutive days off. Shifts run 6:00 am–2:00 pm or 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, with compensation of $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in guest services or related field.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as direct connect to guests in Front Office, PBX, and Bell Services.
• Confirm details of each guest's stay and guide them through Canyon Ranch experience.
• Provide high level of customer service to internal and external clients.
• Schedule: 5 days a week with two consecutive days off.
• Shifts: 6:00 am–2:00 pm or 2:00 pm–10:00 pm.
