Job summary

Canyon Ranch in Tucson invites a Part-Time Spa Desk Attendant to join our guest services team. You will be the central contact in the spa, check guests in for services, assign lockers, and post charges to guest accounts, while maintaining a pristine lobby and juice bar.

You will greet guests with Canyon Ranch information, update schedules, assist with appointments, and complete opening, mid and closing duties. Open 6:00am–9:00pm; Pay: $15.95 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous guest service and computer experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks while delivering guest service.
• Ability to work calmly in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in for services, assign lockers, and post charges.
• Maintain spa lobby and juice bar, update fitness schedules.
• Greet guests and provide information about Canyon Ranch.
• Schedule and cancel appointments; assist with opening, mid, closing duties and shift audits.
• Check daily activity agendas and update gym schedules; post schedules.
