Job summary

Canyon Ranch in Tucson, AZ is seeking a part-time Spa Desk Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service and act as a central guest contact in the spa building. You will check guests in for services, assign lockers, post charges and maintain the spa lobby and juice bar.

You will greet guests, provide Canyon Ranch information, update fitness schedules, and assist with scheduling appointments. Open availability 6:00am–9:00pm; pay is $15.95 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Experience with computer systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in for services, assign lockers, post charges to guest accounts.
• Maintain spa lobby and juice bar, keep areas clean and stocked.
• Update fitness schedules and gym schedules; print and post daily schedules.
• Assist guests with scheduling and cancelling appointments per guidelines.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing duties; submit shift audit reports.
• Log lost and found items and coordinate pick up with Security.
