The role covers Front Office functions (Guest Services, PBX, Bell Services) with a focus on impeccable service, discretion, and strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Shift options include 6:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00; five days per week.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Demonstrated organizational and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 1–2 years experience in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front line for guests, confirming stay details and guiding them to Canyon Ranch experiences.
• Provide knowledge on restaurant hours and best places for reflection and relaxation.
• Perform Front Office duties including Guest Services, PBX, and Bell Services.
• Maintain strong guest relations with discretion and timely service. 5-day week; shifts 6:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00.
