Job summary

Civana Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ is seeking a Resort Driver to support guest transportation, luggage handling, and airport transfers. This full-time role requires a valid driving license, a service mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

You'll contribute to a hospitality-forward experience, delivering safe, courteous transportation while collaborating with dispatch and hotel teams to enhance guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to drive a motor vehicle.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage and airport shuttle coordination.
• Greet guests on arrival/departure and provide lobby coverage.
• Safely transport passengers along predefined routes with courteous service.
• Communicate pickup/drop-off options via email or text.
• Maintain daily vehicle logs and prepare required reports.
