Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ is seeking a friendly Host/ess to warmly welcome guests and support dining operations across the resort’s venues.

The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality or related Food & Beverage, willingness to work all shifts including weekends/holidays, reliable transportation, and a valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card. Health and wellness passion is a plus and benefits include resort discounts.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience as Host/ess, Server Assistant or any related Food & Beverage experience.
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Current Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to all guests.
• Support all restaurant and guest dining areas.
• Oversee reservations, floor flow, walk-ins, floor plans, menus and primary functions.
• Assist servers to ensure flawless guest experience.
