Job summary

CRISTA Ministries is seeking a Health and Development Manager for Crista Shores Senior Community in Shoreline, WA. The role leads employee development, health and wellness programming, resident engagement, and community outreach to enhance overall well-being for residents and staff.

You will collaborate with the Executive Director, Director of Nursing, and Wellness staff to create a health-focused environment, manage wellness assessments, and provide staff training and engagement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited college; relevant work experience may substitute.
• Two+ years experience in senior living, health and wellness, or related field.
• First Aid and CPR Certification (can be obtained within 30 days of employment).
• Food Handlers Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee wellness programs for residents and staff.
• Develop and supervise health, wellness, and fitness programming.
• Coordinate staff training and certification requirements.
• Ensure safety, compliance and privacy in operations.
• Lead intergenerational programs and community partnerships.
