Job summary

CIEL Senior Living seeks a Health and Wellness Director to oversee health and wellness programs for residents, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance. You will lead nursing and clinical staff, coordinate care conferences, and monitor budgets and documentation to support residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

The role requires RN or LPN licensure, clinical leadership experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Working knowledge of basic technology and electronic documentation.
• Ability to demonstrate judgment and independent clinical decisions in routine and emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of resident care to meet emotional, physical, psychological and safety needs.
• Coordinate family/resident care conferences and liaise between residents, families and staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory timeframes and review of assessments and service plans.
• Manage nursing/clinical staff schedules and supervise training and staff development.
