What is Required (Qualifications):

- Peer Specialist Certification is required
- Knowledge of care-coordination and case management concepts is strongly preferred
- Current certification as a mental health peer specialist or recovery coach is preferred
- Ability to obtain certification within the first 6 months of employment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BA/BS or MBA preferred
- Experience in a peer support services role
- Strong understanding of behavioral health social services and insurance systems
