Base pay range

Overview

After the submission of your application, you will receive an email to complete a virtual interview via our online interviewing platform, "Verint". This interview must be completed for prompt consideration of your application, as it replaces an in-person or telephone interview.

Candidates hired for work-from-home positions will receive company-issued equipment. Additional details regarding equipment policies and procedures will be provided during the interview and onboarding process.

Work Location: This is a remote/work from home position.

Compensation: $15-17/hour + bonus/commission structure.

Responsibilities

This role involves negotiating and processing payments on past due accounts via telephone, adhering to department guidelines.

• Assess consumer financial condition thoroughly
• Identify reasons for delinquency and find solutions
• Track and maintain customer accounts to ensure prompt payments
• Perform account maintenance activities in line with policies
• Comply with State and Federal collection regulations
• Meet call quality and structure standards

Qualifications

• Outgoing, assertive, persuasive
• Enjoys public interaction
• Strong negotiation skills or ability to acquire them
• Detail-oriented with good documentation skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• High school diploma required; some college preferred

Remote Work Requirements

• Broadband internet (no DSL or dial-up)

• Speed test: 25 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload
