Qualifications

• Ability to multitask while effectively engaging with members.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist and educate members on Refresh & Recovery services.
• Lead and follow safety protocols to prioritize health.
• Monitor saunas and recovery rooms for cleanliness.
• Conduct daily audits of equipment functionality.
