You will empower staff to adopt healthier behaviors, conduct group and individual sessions, and support events like health fairs and screenings while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data privacy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Dietetics, Nursing, Nutrition, Health Science, or closely related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience providing nutrition counseling and/or health coaching.
• Fingerprinting required.

Aufgaben

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver wellness education programs focused on disease management, nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyle behaviors.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one coaching sessions that motivate participants to achieve health and wellness goals.
• Support diabetes education, nutrition counseling, medically managed weight loss initiatives, health screenings, and wellness events.
• Assist with planning and implementation of annual health fairs, clinical screenings, vaccination programs, and wellness campaigns.
• Perform clinical wellness assessments and provide education and referrals based on screening results.
• Research emerging wellness trends and evidence-based practices to enhance program offerings.
• Collect and analyze wellness program data to measure effectiveness and identify health trends.
• Maintain confidential health records and communicate recommendations in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
• Promote wellness initiatives through newsletters, internal communications, incentives, and employee outreach.
• Assist with inventory management, equipment maintenance, and event logistics.
