Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Dietetics, Nursing, Nutrition, Health Science, or a closely related field.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing nutrition counseling and/or health coaching.
Fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and deliver wellness education programs focused on disease management, nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyle behaviors.
Conduct group presentations and one-on-one coaching sessions to motivate participants toward health goals.
Support diabetes education, nutrition counseling, and medically managed weight loss initiatives, health screenings, and wellness events.
Assist with planning and execution of annual health fairs, clinical screenings, vaccination programs, and wellness campaigns.
Maintain confidential health records and ensure HIPAA compliance in communications and education.
