Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society is seeking an Assistant Manager (Social & Elderly Wellness - Wellness) with a healthcare focus to help shape health and wellness services at the Healthy Ageing Hub and related programmes.

The role involves formulating fitness plans for tenants and residents, monitoring budgets, providing rehabilitation guidance, and collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Recognised health-related degree preferred.
• At least 5 years in wellness or health club operations.
• Experience with chronic disease management is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting objectives, plans and policies for health and wellness services.
• Promote fitness programmes for tenants and residents, monitor budgets and outcomes.
• Provide rehabilitation service advice including assessments and consultations.
• Design and implement wellness activities to maintain physical and mental wellbeing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver health initiatives.
• Drive membership growth and manage customer service channels.
• Build strong relationships to support service delivery.
