Job summary

McKee Foods Corporation is seeking a Wellness Coordinator I to design, implement, and manage programs promoting healthy lifestyles for employees. You will collaborate with HR and management to align wellness strategies with productivity goals and healthcare partnerships.

The role emphasizes group fitness facilitation, one-on-one health coaching, program evaluation, and campaign promotion to boost participation and impact across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent experience
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or Certified Group Fitness Instructor OR ability to obtain one within the first year
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and wellness tracking systems
• Understanding of fitness, nutrition, behavioral health principles, and wellness program administration

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic, safe, and engaging group fitness classes; Barre, Pilates, or Pump certifications desirable
• Deliver telephonic and periodic in-person health coaching sessions to educate and motivate participants
• Design, execute, and evaluate customized metabolic health action plans
• Assess health needs, track progress, and maintain engagement and retention
• Develop promotional campaigns, events, and educational initiatives to drive participation
