Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or Certified Group Fitness Instructor OR ability to obtain one of the above within the first year of employment.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and wellness tracking systems.
• Understanding of fitness, nutrition, behavioral health principles, and wellness program administration.

Responsibilities

• Group Fitness Facilitation: Lead dynamic, safe, and engaging group fitness classes.
• 1-on-1 Health Coaching: Deliver telephonic and in-person coaching to educate and motivate participants toward metabolic health goals.
• Program Management & Evaluation: Design, execute, and evaluate customized metabolic health action plans; track progress.
• Promotion & Outreach: Develop promotional campaigns, events, and educational initiatives to boost participation.
