Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated WPA to enrich resident experiences through wellness programming and group activities. The role focuses on building relationships, coordinating programs, and supporting operational tasks to ensure engaging, safe, and inclusive experiences for residents.

You will work Monday through Sunday with daytime hours, driving participation and collaborating with volunteers. A driver’s license and computer skills are required, with education supporting community

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents to understand interests and abilities and plan group programs.
• Escort residents to programs and assist with transportation as needed.
• Prepare spaces, supplies, and materials for programs, ensuring safety and accessibility.
• Collaborate with volunteers and community partners; use electronic systems for documentation and reporting.
• Support the Director of Wellness Programming with administrative tasks and MBK core values.
