Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Programming Assistant/Driver to support daily group programs for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Connections for Living under the Director of Wellness Programming. You’ll lead activities, prepare spaces, and promote resident engagement.

Role includes transportation duties, using strong people skills and teamwork to ensure safe, meaningful experiences. Requires driver’s license and ability to work Tue–Sat, 9am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Lead and facilitate group programs for residents in IL/AL/CFL.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse groups.
• Proficient in using basic office software and coordinating activities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents to tailor engaging programs.
• Facilitate transportation of residents to outings and appointments when needed.
• Prepare spaces and materials, ensuring safety and accessibility.
