Esplanade by the Islands in Naples, FL is seeking a Wellness & Sports Director to oversee daily operations of The Venue/Lodge, Resort Pool, and sports programming, delivering a lifestyle-driven wellness experience that prioritizes member satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

This leadership role manages spa, fitness, tennis, and other activities, coordinates budgets, vendors, and staff, ensures compliance, and maintains a hospitality‑driven culture focused on exceptional service and community

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Personal Training certification from a nationally recognized organization.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are required, or a willingness to become certified within 90 days.

• Oversee daily operations of The Venue/Lodge, Resort Pool, and sports programming.
• Manage staffing, budgeting, vendor relations, and programming across wellness, spa, and sports.
• Uphold policy compliance and deliver a hospitality-driven member experience.
