Qualifications

• Serve Safe Certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience in production baking.
• At least one year of experience in baking and pastry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange desserts and baked goods according to Canyon Ranch recipes, nutrition philosophy and presentation quality.
• Store and handle food properly; follow Health Department requirements.
• Set up assigned work stations as directed and report safety hazards to management.
• Work independently and communicate effectively as part of the Culinary Team.
