Job summary

Dickinson College in Carlisle seeks an Outreach Coordinator/Counselor to support the Wellness Center's mission by facilitating psychoeducational workshops and campus wellness outreach programs. The role oversees the Peer Educator Program, guides student leaders, and provides clinical counseling including initial consultations, intakes, individual and group therapy.

Candidates will have a Master’s in a mental health field, PA licensure, and 1–3 years of relevant experience; strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology or related field.
• Licensed as a mental health professional in Pennsylvania.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Peer Educator Program, design and deliver training; coordinate work schedules and grants-compliant outreach.
• Lead planning, coordination, implementation, and assessment of wellness outreach programs.
• Develop and deliver psychoeducation workshops on wellness; document attendance and feedback.
• Provide clinical counseling including initial consultations, intakes, individual and group therapy.
