Job summary

Spring Arbor of Clover Hill in Maryville, TN invites an LPN Wellness Nurse to join our compassionate team in this full-time role. You will supervise non-licensed staff, assign tasks, and ensure high-quality resident care in a Senior Living setting.

Qualifications

We're Hiring — Full-Time & Part-Time

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 11:00PM - 7:00 AM

Weekends May Be Required | Same Day Pay Available!

What You'll Do

• Provide daily supervision and leadership to assigned non-licensed associates, monitoring resident conditions in Assisted Living and demonstrating strong decision-making
• Make work assignments and meet regularly with associates to identify and address problem areas and improve care and services
• Deliver resident care according to healthcare provider orders, regulatory requirements, recognized nursing practice, and Company policy
• Accurately administer prescribed medications, oversee continuity of resident care, respond to changes in condition, and perform first aid as needed

What You Bring

• At least 18 years of age
• Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with the state licensing agency
• CPR/AED certification
• 1+ year of experience as an LPN in a senior care setting
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening
• Willingness to comply with our drug-free workplace policy
• Experience with computerized resident documentation systems a plus
