Job summary

Spring Arbor of Clover Hill is hiring a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily living support to residents. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders, while maintaining accurate care documentation.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma, 1+ year healthcare experience, and can pass a background check. CPR/First Aid and CNA licensure are a plus, with health benefits and retirement options available.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of related health care experience.
• Dementia training completion (required for communities with an Ensemble Program).
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening.
• Willingness to comply with our drug-free workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Approach every interaction with residents and associates in a friendly, service-oriented way.
• Assist residents with daily living activities — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed linens, positioning, transfers, mobility, medication reminders, and incontinence care.
• Maintain accurate records, including resident service plans and documentation of care provided.
• Stay familiar with each resident's service plan to ensure personalized, consistent care.
• Communicate closely with the Resident Services team for seamless continuity of care.
• Help promote a safe environment for residents, associates, and visitors.
• Support the day-to-day programming and operations of the neighborhood.

What You'll Do
