Job summary

Spring Arbor of Clover Hill is seeking a compassionate Wellness Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team. This role involves supervising non-licensed associates, coordinating resident care, and ensuring medication administration aligns with orders and policies.

We offer both full-time and part-time shifts in a resident-focused environment. Ideal candidates have LPN licensure, CPR/AED, and at least 1 year in senior care, with a commitment to safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be LPN in good standing with state licensing agency.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Minimum 1+ year of LPN experience in a senior care setting.
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening and meet drug-free workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and leadership to assigned non-licensed associates; monitor resident conditions in Assisted Living.
• Assign work and meet with staff to address issues and improve care.
• Administer medications per provider orders and policy; ensure continuity of resident care.
• Respond to changes in condition and perform first aid as needed.

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 11:00PM - 7:00 AM

Weekends May Be Required | Same Day Pay Available!

What You'll Do

• Provide daily supervision and leadership to assigned non-licensed associates, monitoring resident conditions in Assisted Living and demonstrating strong decision-making
• Make work assignments and meet regularly with associates to identify and address problem areas and improve care and services
• Deliver resident care according to healthcare provider orders, regulatory requirements, recognized nursing practice, and Company policy
• Accurately administer prescribed medications, oversee continuity of resident care, respond to changes in condition, and perform first aid as needed

What You Bring

• At least 18 years of age
• Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with the state licensing agency
• CPR/AED certification
• 1+ year of experience as an LPN in a senior care setting
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening
• Willingness to comply with our drug-free workplace policy
• Experience with computerized resident documentation systems a plus
