Job summary

Spring Arbor Frankfort is hiring LPNs and RNs to join the Wellness Team in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. PRN, with 12-hour shifts, offers both Full-Time day options or Part-Time overnight opportunities in a calm, resident-focused environment.

You will build meaningful relationships with residents and families, with leadership support and opportunities for growth within Spring Arbor Senior Living.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky LPN or RN license required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Areas of Responsibility

• Provide daily supervision and leadership to assigned non-licensed associates and other designated personnel in meeting the residents needs and monitor the condition of residents in AL. Demonstrate good decision-making skills.
• Make work assignments and meet with associates regularly to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas, and/or the improvement of care and services.
• Provide resident care according to health care providers orders and in accordance with regulatory requirements, recognized nursing practice, established standards, and Company policy.
• Accurately administer prescribed medications, supervise the continuity of resident care, respond to changes in resident condition, medications, or other circumstances requiring special care needs and perform first aid as required.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with the state licensing agency, as required by state regulations.
• CPR/AED certified.
• Must have at least one (1) year of experience working as an LPN in a senior care setting.
• Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.
• Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems a plus.
