Hallkeen-Assisted-Living-Communities is seeking a licensed nurse to supervise the medication program and support residents with daily living activities in a structured care setting.

You will collaborate with families and physicians, report changes to leadership, and help train staff while participating in ongoing in-service programs. This role requires flexibility across shifts and a compassionate, patient-focused approach.

Qualifikationen

• Registered nurse or LPN/LVN with an active license in good standing.
• Certification or licensed per state guidelines.
• Must complete all HallKeen Community specified training programs.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions and work with concrete variables.
• Flexible with schedules and shifts.

Aufgaben

• Assist in supervising the medication program and assist residents with self-administration.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and Independent with ADLs as needed.
• Maintain positive relations with residents, families and physicians.
• Report changes in residents' needs to the Executive Director/Resident Care Director.
• Assist in resident assessments and service plans.
• Assist in training assisted living staff and orientation of new staff.
• Attend in-service programs, training and staff meetings.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing of Resident Care Assistants.
• RN will maintain GAFC.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
