Job summary

Hallkeen-Assisted-Living-Communities in Windrose at Woburn, MA is seeking a Wellness Nurse RN-LPN to support the Resident Care Director. The role includes monitoring the medication management program and assisting with daily living activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the medication program and resident self-administration.
• Support medication deliveries and med box audits.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Maintain relations with residents, families and physicians.
• Report changes to the Executive/Resident Care Director.
• Assist with resident assessments, service plans and family updates.
• Participate in staff training and orientation of new hires.
