Job summary

Brigham House is seeking a Wellness Nurse to assist the Resident Care Director in delivering and coordinating resident care services at the Community. The nurse will oversee the medication management program and supervise aides as they provide care to residents.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of assisted living experience and must be available for holidays and weekends, with training under HallKeen/EOEA on onboarding and compliance.

Qualifications

• Certified or licensed per state guidelines.
• Must successfully complete all HallKeen/EOEA training programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the medication program and resident self-administration.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and Independent with ADLs.
• Coordinate appointments and services for residents.
• Maintain positive relations with residents, families and physicians.
• Report significant changes in residents' needs to the Resident Care Director or Executive Director.
• Assist in completing resident assessments and services plans.
• Assist in training assisted living staff and orient new staff.
• Attend scheduled in-service programs and staff meetings.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing of Resident Care Assistants.
• Available for holidays and weekends.
• Comply with EOEA regulations for assisted living communities.
