Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring a Wellness Nurse at The Residence at Paine Estate in Massachusetts. This per diem position offers flexible hours and weekend availability is a must, with a wage band of $40.00-$42.00 per hour based on experience.

The Wellness Nurse will support the Resident Care Director, supervise care staff, and assist with on-call duties, medication administration, and documentation as required by state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and graduation from an accredited Nursing Program.
• At least two years of experience in a geriatric setting; health experience in hospital or community setting.
• Current RN or LPN License in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living.
• Grow community occupancy by engaging potential residents and families.
• Assist with evaluating resident needs and updating service plans per state requirements.
• Supervise daily work assignments of resident care associates.
• Evaluate resident issues and discuss with ED, family and MD as appropriate.
• Coordinate infection control and safety practices with staff.
