Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) for The Residence at Natick South to provide compassionate resident care. This role supports the Resident Care Director and supervises care associates while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

The Wellness Nurse will administer medications, assist with care plans, and collaborate with families and physicians to maintain high quality care for seniors. Multiple shifts available with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of English communication in writing and speech.
• Minimum two years experience in geriatric care settings.
• Active nursing license in the state of employment (LPN/RN).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work assignments of resident care associates.
• Assist with evaluating resident needs and care plan development.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
• Communicate with ED, families and MD as appropriate.
• Ensure staffing coverage and on-call duties are met.
• Support documentation and regulatory reporting as required.
