Qualifications

• High school diploma and graduation from an accredited Nursing Program.
• At least two years of experience in a geriatric setting.
• Current RN or LPN License in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work assignments of resident care associates.
• Evaluate residents' issues and discuss with ED, family and MD as appropriate.
• Administer topical and oral medications and injections as allowed by regulation.
• Ensure staffing coverage and assist with on-call responsibilities.
• Complete incident/accident reports and communicate with leadership and Safety Committee.
