All American Assisted Living presents a per diem LPN opportunity in Massachusetts, starting at $36.00 per hour. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and provide nursing care under the supervision of the nursing leadership.

This role emphasizes resident safety, dignity, and high-quality care for older adults. Responsibilities include coordinating medications, documenting care, and participating in care-plan reviews.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Massachusetts LPN license.
• License must be active and in good standing.
• Knowledge of practical nursing standards, medication administration, and resident safety.
• Strong observation and resident-monitoring skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with residents, families, providers, pharmacies, and coworkers.
• Ability to provide direction and supervision to resident-care staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and standards.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition, cognition, behavior, and function.
• Provide direct nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Document medications, treatments, observations, and nursing services promptly.
• Participate in care-plan reviews and resident assessments.
• Support resident admissions, transitions, and changes in level of care.
• Promote wellness, infection prevention, and safety measures.
• Respond to emergencies and communicate with the Wellness team.
