The Township Senior Living in Battlefield, MO seeks a Wellness Nurse Manager to lead the on‑site nursing team. This full‑time role includes direct patient care, medication passes, and adherence to current standards and regulations.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN or RN license and bring knowledge of care regulations, EMR systems, and strong leadership. The position requires physical stamina and criminal clearance, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Must hold current LPN or RN license in good standing within the state of employment.
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
• Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Working knowledge of medication regulations and law.
• Knowledge of supervision appropriate to residents.
• Experience with memory-impaired residents preferred but not required.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.
• Read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude focused on resident well‑being.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds; perform two‑person transfers.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal clearance required.
