Job summary

Cornerstone Management is seeking a Wellness Director (LPN/RN) in Missouri to lead clinical operations across assisted living communities. The role ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective team leadership, coordinating with the Executive Director to meet wellness goals.

The position requires Missouri LPN/RN licensure, 2–3 years in senior living, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive quality, safety, and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN or RN license in Missouri.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience in senior living or long-term care.
• Leadership or supervisory experience; preferred in Residential Care Facility/Assisted Living.
• Strong understanding of MissouriRCF regulations, including medication management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and monitoring of personalized care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Supervise medication management processes, including administration and storage.
• Maintain knowledge of MissouriRCF rules and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Lead hiring, training, and supervision of care staff and med techs.
• Monitor resident outcomes and drive quality and safety improvements.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and interdisciplinary team to deliver service.
• Manage the clinical budget and maintain compliant documentation.
