Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Wellness Nurse for Village on the Park Onion Creek, a senior living community offering independent living and assisted living. You will administer medications, oversee care teams, and support a resident-focused, safety-driven environment on-site.

Weekend and holiday shifts are required to ensure continuous resident care. You will engage with physicians, families, and staff to assess needs and respond to emergencies, while documenting care plans and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately per physician orders and regulatory standards
• Oversee medication aides and conduct monthly medication reconciliation and audits
• Coordinate daily staff assignments to ensure consistent resident care
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and care teams regarding resident needs
• Provide direct care including ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and incontinence support
• Respond to medical and behavioral emergencies with sound clinical judgment
• Complete clinical documentation including assessments, evaluations, and service plans
• Document incidents and communicate promptly with leadership
