Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health and ensure clinical quality at our senior living community.

The role conducts wellness assessments, assists with medication management, and collaborates with families, physicians and care teams to monitor health changes, incidents, and follow-up care while maintaining thorough documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Active LPN/LVN license required.
• 1+ year experience in senior living or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and compliance.

Pay Range: 32.15 - 42.95
