Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time evening or overnight shifts in Webster, PA. The role focuses on holistic resident care under the Health and Wellness Director, supervising staff and ensuring quality nursing services.

Salary ranges from $38.00 to $40.00 hourly with a 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am schedule. Requires an active LPN license and prior long-term care experience; benefits include PTO, flexible scheduling, and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current LPN license.
• At least 2 years’ experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health or hospital.
• Experience with residents having Alzheimer’s or related dementias.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of residents
• Assist in training and monitoring of medication administration
• Supervise care staff in accordance with state regulations and community policies
• Maintain clinical quality assurance per federal, state and local standards
• Promote the highest degree of service to residents while leading and demonstrating the company mission
• Conduct thorough resident assessments
