Job summary

Monarch Communities/Brandywine Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care with a holistic approach. You’ll supervise CNAs and support staff, under the Health and Wellness Director (RN), for overnight and per-diem shifts across all schedules.

The role requires an active LPN license with 2+ years in long-term care or similar settings, and familiarity with Alzheimer’s care. Strong computer skills and lifting ability are needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with current LPN license.
• At least 2 years’ experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health or hospital.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer’s or related dementias.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Assist in medication administration training and monitoring.
• Supervise care staff per state regulations and policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance per standards.
• Lead by example to deliver high-quality resident care.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
