Job summary

Monarch Communities in Brick Township, NJ is seeking an LPN to support residents under the Health and Wellness Director. The Wellness Nurse provides direct nursing care to residents with an emphasis on holistic wellness.

This role involves supervising care staff, ensuring medication administration accuracy, and maintaining clinical quality in line with federal, state, and local standards. Part-time with per-diem shifts available across Monarch Communities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with current LPN license.
• At least 2 years’ experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health or hospital setting preferred.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer’s or other dementias.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Assist in training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance per standards.
• Lead with our mission to deliver high-quality service.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
