Job summary

Monarch Communities in New Jersey is seeking an LPN to provide direct nursing care to residents with a focus on holistic wellness. You will supervise day-to-day nursing activities by care staff and report to the Health and Wellness Director (RN).

The role requires an LPN license, at least 2 years in LTC/AL/home health, and proficiency with MS Office. You will engage in assessments, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and support a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LPN and graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital setting preferred.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer's or related dementias.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining standards of care.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Assist in training and monitoring of medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance per standards.
