Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN) in Pennington, NJ, offering full-time or part-time schedules with shifts including 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm for part-time and 3pm-11pm for full-time. Compensation is up to $36 per hour.

The role emphasizes resident health, medication administration oversight, and supervision of care staff in a compliant setting. The ideal candidate will hold an active LPN license, have at least 2 years in relevant settings, and be proficient with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with current LPN license.
• At least 2 years’ experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health or hospital setting preferred.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s or other related dementias.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the health, safety, and well-being of all residents.
• Assists in training and monitoring of medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in accordance with current state regulations and community policies.
• Maintains clinical quality assurance in accordance with federal, state and local standards.
• Promotes the highest degree of service to residents while aligning with the company mission.
• Conducts thorough resident assessments and prepares documentation.
