Job summary

Monarch Communities® in Delaware is seeking a Per‑Diem Wellness Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care with a holistic approach. You will support the Health and Wellness Director and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure quality daily care.

The role requires flexibility to work weekdays and alternating weekends; all shifts are available, with opportunities for on‑the‑job training and professional growth within a compassionate, community‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold current LPN license.
• 2+ years in long-term care or similar setting preferred.
• Proficient with standard nursing care and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Assist in medication administration training and monitoring.
• Supervise care staff in accordance with regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance per standards.
