Available Shifts / Schedule
- Full-time: 2PM-10PM with every other weekend required.

Position Summary:
Provides licensed nursing services to residents and may require supervision of other staff positions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations.
- May be responsible for the admissions of new residents including all assessment and documentation.
- Responsible for completing service plans.
- May oversee clinical system tracking (e.g., wounds or infection control) under the direction of the Director.
- Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Notify physicians and/or family of any health changes and document appropriately.
- Respond promptly to emergencies.
- Work as part of a team, handle multiple tasks safely, and maintain communication with all departments.
- Provide educational meetings for residents and staff, attend training and staff meetings.
- May oversee care staff and understand safety and disaster plans.
- Maintain confidentiality and a safe working environment.
- Uphold all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the state.
- Either hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, or have 1-2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
- CPR certification or willingness to become certified.
