Job summary

Bozeman Lodge in Bozeman, MT is seeking compassionate nurses to join our care-centered community. You will assist in coordinating resident admissions, assess care needs, and ensure care is delivered as per the care plan.

A current nursing license and experience in long-term care or geriatric settings are required. We value empathy, patience, and a heart for serving seniors, plus willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Nursing license.
• Experience in community or long-term care settings.
• Geriatric assessment skills and dementia care knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of resident admission processes, including screening, assessment and care needs to determine whether the community team can meet the prospect’s required level of care.
• Document and report care provided and resident observations, including unusual or significant changes in physical, mental, or behavioral conditions.
• Maintain knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures for compliance.
• Ensure care is delivered as indicated in the resident care plan.
• Respond to emergency needs as designated by community policies.
